For True Jet Li Fans...
This movie is a definite must see if you are a true Jet Li fan! It is action packed with alot of kicka#* martial arts. The techniques that he uses throughout the movie will leave you on the edge of your seat. This is by far his best movie yet and definitely deserves a sequel. Jet Li is by far the best martial artist in his era besides the "Real Master" Bruce Lee. |

Best film Jet Li has done in America so far
This was by far his best film he has done in America. The action was really good compared to the other two movies that he has done over there. There wasn't really much of a plot but at least the action & fighting sequences make up for it. |

A good flick, but sufferes from flaws.
The movie was pretty good, yet flaws kept it from being classic: Bridget Fonda's acting Extreme closeups during action sequences If I were the casting director, I would have gotten Mira Sorvino instead. Bridget just overacts in the film. Mira would had brought more to the table, IMO. The Extreme closeups I refer to are the ones when Jet fights the bad guys. I mean the director should had the camera pan out more. |

Kiss of Death
This is the follow up to Jet Li's wildly successful Hollywood movie, "Romeo Must Die". Li plays the super cop from China, who gets stuck in a very sticky situation with the French police. Li of course fights his way through the movie and rescues the damsel in distress. Let's face it, we don't watch Jet Li movies for the plot nor for his acting. We watch his movies for the kick-ass action, and on that front, this movie delivers. Other than the part where Li neutralizes a machine gun armed badie by kicking a billard ball in the air and hitting him in the head, the martial arts sequences are intense and well choreographed. This is not Li's best work, but it is nonetheless worth a look. |
