i actually recamend this collection to new fans rather than buying her old albums (old albums = pre-black cherry) its has all her hits (take back, real emotion, and 1000 no kotobo) and a collection of music vids (always a plus) so yes this is a solid buy.

I bought this in 2006 along with BEST~second session~. I have never regretted this purchase, neither do I think I will xD
Great package for a great price. I think this is worth more than what I payed. Really, I couldn't ask for more.
This release was what got me more interested on Kumi. I love all the songs here. Kumi's greatest songs (for me) are here.
It is also interesting to see Kumi's evolution on the songs and PVs. ;)

Hey, this is my first Koda Kumi CD I've ever purchased, and I still can't believe it, I've been listening to her music since her stardom rose due to her "Final Fantasy X-2" success. Anyway this album is incredible & the DVD is awesome!! I would definitely recommend it to any Koda fan!!

Koda Kumi's Best First Things is indeed BEST. 2 CDs with all her fantastic songs from the beginning of her singing career to the present. And plus this comes with a DVD with all the essential Koda Kumi music videos. Great collection! Lots of fast catchy dance tunes and some slow love songs which will touch your heart and soul. Love this!

C'est album est absolument génial! Tous ces meilleurs tubes sont repris, il n'y a rien à jeter!. Le booklet est très beau avec de magnifiques photos de Koda :)
Surtout, n'hésitez pas et prenez la version 2cd + DVD. Quelle plaisir de voir tous ces PV en qualité dvd!

Omg, this album rocks! I love most of the songs! It's funny to see the evolution of Kumi on the music market. Her first PVs are a little weird but who cares! I especially love real Emotion and Cutie Honey! The pretty-new PVs are pretty naughty, as Kumi's PVs are always! I'm gald I bought this item, I will never regret it! All Kumi-fans should have this one in their collection too :)

Kumi Keeps getting better Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
What can I say Kumi Koda just keeps getting better with every album. I loved all the songs on the CDs. Songs that were featured in the Final Fantasy X-2 game are also included like Real Emotion and 1000 words, so if you are a fan of the game then you should definitely get this CD as well. Her new CD Best Second Session is also just as good if not better. If you are looking for some fresh Jpop tunes then this CD will definitely n ot disappoint you. Well worth the buy!! :-)

Again... Lip Sync?! Customer Review Rated Bad 8 - 8 out of 10
The lip sync in the videos were terrible. Most of the time it didn't even look like she was singing along to her PVs and it's not like she can use the excuse that she released all of these videos/singles in one year like the Second Session. Anyways, I really liked the fact that if I bought this and the Second Session together that I would get 3 CDs and 3 DVDs all together for a fairly low price. All of the songs are great, but the way they are arranged keeps making me switch from disc 1 to disc 2 to listen to songs that I want to listen to. It surprised my sister that Ku in fact had sang the song Real Emotion. Over all I'm not sorry I purchased this album.
