Kono Mune Ippai No Ai Wo Premium Edition (Japan Version) DVD Region 2

Directed by Shiota Akihiko (Canary, Yomigaeri), this is the story of Suzuya Hiroshi (Ito Hideaki), a 30-year-old man who works for the food section of a department store. On a business trip he returns to his hometown and immediately notes how it hasn't changed since he was a child. Suddenly he passes a young boy in the street and gets the shock of his life - the young boy is him! Hiroshi grabs a newspaper and realizes that he has somehow traveled back in time 20 years to 1986!

Hiroshi remembers that on this day there was a fire at home, so he races there and arrives in time to save everyone. In return, his family let him stay there and work for them - living alongside his younger self. One day, Hiroshi meets a beautiful, young violinist called Kazumi (Mimura). She was Hiroshi's first love but died from a horrible disease. Hiroshi is determined to save her life this time.
