After his greatest hits compilation All The Best in summer 2006, the career of Wifred Lau has gone through some changes. Last year he joined the East Asia record label and appeared in the action film Sniper alongside Edison Chen, Huang Xiaoming, and Richie Jen. Wilfred's theme song "Firing Range" (Track 4) for Sniper and his smash hit "God! Please Let Me Sleep" (Track 1/7) are both included on his latest EP Le Nouvel.

First Press releases come with a DVD featuring music videos directed by Soft Hard member Eric Kot and making of footage.
