2003년 여름 이효리 솔로 1집 앨범을 발표하여 '10Minutes', 'Hey Girl', 'Remember Me' 등 다수의 곡을 히트시키며, 이효리 신드롬을 불러 일으켰던 그녀가 3년여의 공백을 깨고 솔로 2집 앨범을 들고 팬들앞에 다시 선다.

Despite the contreversy... Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
Despite the contreversy surrounding this album, the music is great. First of all, Lee Hyori had no hand in developing the music for this album. She just sang the songs given to her and if they are copies of other artist musics, that's the fault of the producers behind the work for failing to go through proper procedure. It's just too bad that Hyori has to face the public and take the blame for it since she's the one on stage.

I really enjoyed this album. "Dear Boy" is my all-time favorite song on this album. This album has a true CLUB feel (just looking at the cover proves this as well). It mixes really good DEEP bass with synthesized guitars to create a sound that's hard to describe. The mixers of this album are truly talented. When it comes to the sound behind Hyori's voice, I find it difficult to describe since its so mixed. ^^() Also, this album has some nice ballads that have an acoustic sound.

Umm first of all Hyori didn't partake in any of the activities while creating this album meaning that she didn't create the music or write the lyrics she just sang the songs and danced to them.

In regards to Straight up Jermaine Dupri asked her to sing this version in korean, and well I believe that Hyori shouldn't be accused but her production company should be blamed for tarnishing her name two years ago while this album was being promoted.

Well I remember when i first listened to this album and fell in love with every song, EVERY SONG, I say that it's a worth purchasing just ignore those comments about her company plagiarizing the title song.

Despite the plagurism.. Customer Review Rated Bad 6 - 6 out of 10
We all know that Korea has a problem with mimicing American mainstream artists, yes yes..so I'm not surprised about the plagurism of "Get Ya"..but I don't really mind it since Hyori's version is alot better anyway. I ventured into this album since I loved "It's Hyorish" so much. I don't think it's a GREAT album, but it's not bad either. I'm glad she decided to tone down her sexual image since this time because it's too over-the-top on this album. The video for "Get Ya" is actually a reminiscence of Koda Kumi's 2005 & 2006 works which is a very bad thing. Hyori is already 800x prettier than Koda Kumi - she doesn't have to show more of her body to prove it. I think this album has its own vibe about it that makes it incredibly addictive. I don't like the music videos for this CD, but I do love listening to the songs. I think it's almost worth the price YesAsia is offering, except..since the big controversy and reluctance for people to buy it, I think it should be lowered to 8.99$! Just thinking! XD Heehehehehe!

Anyway, it's a good album..but it's not something I would recommend to critical listeners who look for the deepest lyrics possible & smite those who don't have them. It's more for casual listening...and shouldn't be looked deep into. That's the type of music Hyori Lee is known for. However, if you want a really good first impression of her, go for her latest CD, OK? (n_n) This is just for those who are really interested & want some more of her songs. If you like R&B and Hip Hop...there's a 75% chance you may like this!!!!! Her racy image is a BIG problem at this time, but if you don't watch the MVs (or flip through the picture book.....), it shouldn't really be a problem.

 "Straight up" is a copy Customer Review Rated Bad 1 - 1 out of 10
The song "Straight up" is a complete 100% copy of Chante Moore's song, also entitled "Straight up."

It's amazing how Korean producers will copy songs. I think this just ruined Hyori Lee's career.

I DISAGREE, LEE HYORI'S GET YA DOES NOT SOUND LIKE ANYTHING OF BRITNEYS DO SOMETHING!!! OR ANY OTHER SINGERS WE HAVE!!!!

OUT OF TWO SINGERS I WOULD HAVE SAY LEE HYORI OR U;NEE WOULD BE THE BEST ABULM TO BUY.
