Hacken Lee proves himself to be a good actor as well as a skilled singer. Apart from releasing popular Canto-pop albums such as Concert Hall I & II, he has also starred in a number of TVB dramas, all of which have attained great popularity. Hacken Lee starred as a successful and proud lawyer in Legal Entanglement in 2002, and won a "Best Loved Character" award at the TVB anniversary show. Actress Kenix Kwok portrays a divorced legal trainee, who sees him as enemy at first but falls in love with him later.

Law is a difficult profession, and being a lawyer requires the right balance between professionalism and conscience - one will certainly agree after watching Legal Entanglement. Sammi (Kenix Kwok) divorced her rich husband when she discovered he was having an affair. However, he hired eloquent lawyer Long (Hacken Lee) to obtain the custody of their son. Sammi, deeply hurt after losing her son, vows to study law and win back her son in court one day. Years later, she is working at a law firm, but one day Long joins the firm and becomes her boss...

法律界公主與仇人重遇
是敵是友原來只差一線

沈學儀(郭可盈)不顧父親反對，停學與富家子結婚，初時儀活像童話裏的公主，直至撞破丈夫有外遇。儀患上產後抑鬱症、與丈夫離婚並失去了兒子的撫養權。幸得好友葉向輝(歐錦棠)支持，儀到一律師樓當師爺，並繼續修讀未完成的法律課程，望有一天能爭回兒子。

後來，儀重遇當年丈夫的代表律師高志朗(李克勤)，亦是律師行老闆。儀對他暗存敵意，但隨著大家有更多的認識而慢慢化解二人的誤會，當他們欲發展感情時，儀的兒子卻突然出現……
