　　祈天樂（黃曉明飾）與母親苦心經營的小型速遞檔，深居簡出，勉強度日。一天，其昔日青梅竹馬的女友婷婷為掙脫空手道高手的富豪之子鄭富強（吳嘉龍飾）的糾纏，拉其充當擋箭牌，遭之羞辱痛毆，致使店檔倒閉。

　　為了洗辱報仇，流離失所的樂天攜好友羅拔（洪天明飾），開始尋找分居多年的父親—武術家祁龍（洪金寶飾）。茫然無措之時，巧遇春麗脫俗少女楊姬（鄧肇欣飾），孰知妙齡的楊姬乃是父親的太極師父，兩人同食同居，誤會、醋意、三角情悄然蔓延……

　　冰釋前嫌，樂天隨父親與楊姬習武練太極，情意融融，身手高漲。就在這時，婷婷不期而至，插足攪局，富強囂張而隨，挑絆滋事，結果敗於樂天的太極威力之下，新仇舊恨頓時燃起，富強之師撥足北上討伐復仇，空手道與中國武術大戰一觸即發……

Worst Sammo Hung Film Ever! Customer Review Rated Bad 1 - 1 out of 10
This film was SOOOOOOO Bad! Acting is very wooden, Story is very shallow! Fight Scenes are non-existant It seems Sammo only agreed to do this film to get his son into the Movie business. Sammo's son needs a lot of practice to improve his acting ability. The only good point about the film, is that it made me laugh! but I was only laughing at how bad the film was! There's a really bad "Indian movie type Dance scene in it.. " That made me laugh! I need to see where I can get rid of this DVD now. --Stevo

a little disappointed Customer Review Rated Bad 7 - 7 out of 10
when knowing this movie was coming out i couldnt wait, then when i watched it i was alittle let down.
sammo puts in a good acting performance, he has i think one major fight against leung kar yan, the film itself isnt great, cant wait to see sha po lang donnie yen vs sammo hung
