December 20, 2005 Excellent Film ! ! !Below comments all claim this is an excellent film .... because of great actors, great director, and "sammi spent 4 months learning mandarin just for this film...."
What part of the story line made this film good, really? Aside from the celebrity branding, and excess promotion... I couldn't determine where the art of this film lies.

March 25, 2002 goodthis is one of the best movie i've been in a while. its realistic, and jordan's portrayal of a gangster is far more convincing then ekin who can hardly act at all. i totally recommend this movie. its exhilirating, dramatic, suspenseful, sweet, and finally, a tradgic. December 7, 2001 besti think this is one of the best version of white snake and green snake ever made. joey wong plays her seductive, wise, action, emotional, cunning role so perfect its almost unbelieveable. and maggie also does a great performance. however, it was the story plot, the scenery, the action, the romance, the suspence, and finally the tradgedy of this movie that makes it so worth buying and so watch buying. i can not wait until peony pavillion comes out!!...its joey wang's last performance man!!! October 21, 2001 awesomethis was good!! its kinda like a compilation, but with lots of new songs, unlike her other compilations where they just stuff a bunch of old songs and ssale it. i especially love "i've never been to me" and "sometimes when we touch" but simuel toi has a horrible voice haha. this cd is worth your money for sure!! October 21, 2001 memorbiliagreat set...comes in nice packaging. however, its sad to imagine that some of those songs were actually hit songs. some songs are good, some just arent as good, depends on your taste. i didnt get it on yesasia ; instead i got mine for 80 bucks in LA. but this is really an item you dont want to miss out on. u never know, might become priceless one of these days :) Did you find this review helpful?
