Linda's first CD
| Well, to be honest I dont think this is a good CD. I like Linda, but this CD was not good. Even my little sister didnt like it, and asked me who the singer was. Personally I like track 4 the most, its the most interesting track. Track 1 and 6 were not that bad either. But I think Linda can do better than this. I was dissappointed. |

| None of the songs caught my attention. Linda basically used one singing technique for the entire album. I could not hear much verstility in her vocal ability, although I must admit she has improved. Then again, I also believe her voice has been altered in the CD judging from her terrible live performances. |

| This is a must buy CD even if your not a Linda Chung fan. All the songs are well written and amazing pleasant sounding. Its not like other CD's that only have 2 good songs. All the songs in this CD are very good. All the songs are ballards except for 2 fast songs. The packaging is great too with many pictures of Linda. Linda shows she definitely has potential. So please go buy it and see for yourself. |

Great CD!
| I really like this CD a lot. We're getting a chance to hear Linda's true vocal ability in this album. I'd like to hear from Linda more with more albums coming along gradually. I can easily see how much work put into this album and it definitely impressed me. A year ago, after hearing Linda sing, I must admit that I wasn't very impressed, but this album definitely changed my mind. This is a definitely must-buy item for all the Linda Chung fans out there. The grade I give for this album is A! |

Standard Hk Pop
| I think most people just view this album with too high expectation. I think for a HK pop album, this is pretty much up to the standard. I was quite surprised and disappointed at first when I recognized the title songs for album to be remakes, but I think that's part of the marketing strategy for her. At least for me and some of my friends, if we heard some Chinese singers remade K-pop songs, we would want to give the remake a try to see how it is like, although 99% of the time the original is still better. So I think it's a pretty good tactic for Linda to "try" the music industry. =P And sometimes rather than listening to poor hk original music, I really rather listen to remakes. Nowadays I believe 90% of the hk music are pretty much commercialized... not many singers now sing for the sake of music. This album is juz another example. |

I think that's what they do to see how sales go. If the album sells well, then they will probably release another album for her. I don't listen to Mandarin songs, so if I didn't read that the songs are adaptations of Ariel Lin and Jolin Tsai's songs, I wouldn't even know. I'm assuming those were hit songs of theirs for them to do remakes of them. I think Linda's album is acceptable. I think some of you have too high of an expectation of others. I believe Linda enjoys singing, and I believe most people who loves to sing and have a chance to release an album is a dream come true for them, so I think everyone needs to be given a chance at least. Linda wrote the music to tracks 5 and 8; I quite like those two. I also like track 1 as well. |

「一人晚餐」= 林依晨的「孤單北半球」 「二人世界」= 蔡依林的「爱上了一条街」 「浪漫無聲」= 林依晨的「你」 I don't understand how her 首主打歌 are 「一人晚餐」 and 「二人世界」, especially when they're not truly her own songs. I'm giving her a higher rating for improved vocal ability, but her live is absolutely intolerable. I have seen her perform 「二人世界」 onstage and I have to say that if I heard it on the radio I would change stations. I still find her career...strange.. how this Miss Vancouver could turn into an actress and then a singer.. She may have many fans, but I still don't expect this album to be a huge hit, or a breakthrough for Linda in the music industry. Judging on the number of songs copied, the overall quality of this album was quite poor. I had expected such results earlier on when Linda made her announcement about releasing an album just a few months ago. By the time I got to track 7 I pretty much felt that this was a sloppy attempt to transform Linda into another product and make a quick buck while at it. By the end of the day, Linda Cheung is just another wannabe singer and TVB actors should stop jumping the boat trying to become singers unless they're good. |
