樂壇天王黎明自2005年再次踏足紅館舉行《Crazy Classic》演唱會後，便注心籌備他自編自導自演、香港首部音樂電影《緣邀之音》。影片在美國紐約取景拍攝，演員陣容有衛蘭、衛詩、應昌祐、杜汶澤及新人Emily 等A Music旗下的歌手。為配合宣傳，片中眾主角同時在11月推出大碟，貴為導演的黎明2006年度唱片《Looking》首批限量版終於上市！隨碟附送黎明全寫真2007年精美座台月曆一個。
碟內共有六首新作，主打歌「你有本事」及情歌「愛是傻得起」經已派台，另一首矚目之選為黎明親自出馬，率領旗下一眾歌手Janice、Jill、應昌佑、杜汶澤、王歌慧合唱一曲「I'll Never Fall in Love Again」。
由大師兄黎明、應昌佑、杜汶澤的另一首合唱歌「值得愛」特別收錄於DVD MV內，碟內還輯錄了《A Melody Looking》(緣邀之音)的DVD發行預告片。據知影片《緣邀之音》會於11月18日在戲院上映，所有收益全數撥入慈善之用。

14 month wait, highly anticipated! 1. It's good to see the Amusic bunch are targeting music enthusiasts, the inclusion of a plain musical piece definitely sets this CD apart from the usual canto-pop releases. 2. Excellent song, excellent lyrics, I seem to think Leon sang it a little too flat though, the live performance was much better. 3. My favourite song on the CD. The chorus brings back a Polygram Leon feel. Definitely one of the best Leon songs ever. His voice is just perfect, the lows during the verses to the highs in the chorus, he sings it with so much strength yet he's not yelling. Leon's emotions, tones and technique is superb. 4. A friendship song, it doesn't have to be all about love. This is also a really good song, very smooth. His voice suits this song perfectly. He controls his lows so well, regardless of how low it gets. I've noticed a lot of singers have trouble with their lows because they focus so much on their high notes. Leon's got a really good range. 5. My 2nd favourite on the CD. This track was plugged months ago, I bought it from EolAsia.com and I haven't stopped playing it since. It's a little bit dfferent to the normal ballads. His live performances of this song has been excellent. 6. His pronounciation is always so natural, such "fun" songs always sound great with Leon's voice. Unfortunately this is not all that great a song, it's not bad, but too repetitive. It's still worth a listen though because Leon does a great job and his voice sounds excellent. 7. Very nice song. Lots of talent in such a small company. Emily sounds like Janice, I think so anyway. Jill does great. Charles is mad in english... and cantonese. But I've heard him sing a few english songs, this guy is so under-rated! Chapman actually doesn't let the team down, I seriously thought it was someone else. Good job to all! MV's - expected more actually, he didn't have an MV for my favourite song! Pictures - He's in a tux, enough said!!! =) Packaging - top quality! Everything looks very good, very creative, yet not over-the-top with the design, in line with Leon's usual simplicity! Overall, worth my money! Credits to Jeff Chen, this guy might become my favourite producer soon. Thanks to Leon and all at Amusic! |

Good Album!
Good Album!
| Honestly, there aren't any "love at first sight" type of songs in this album. However, the more I listen, the more deeply in love I'm with this album. Try to turn up the volume and listen to this when you're alone, it's very refreshing and relaxing. Leon's voice is very natural and soothing, awesome!!! After seeing the trailer on "A Melody Looking", I'm really looking forward the DVD release in December. Go Amusic! |
