Cannes Best Actor Award winner Tony Leung Chiu-wai (In The Mood For Love) and the lovely Shu Qi (Jackie Chan's Gorgeous) star in this lighthearted romantic comedy. Aloof, wealthy, and newly divorced Richard (Leung) finds himself completely out of cash and literally on the streets due to a freak accident. He bumps into Ah Choi (Shu), who thinks Richard is only pretending to be rich. As Ah Choi teaches Richard the virtues of being poor, however, she also develops a soft spot for him.

Bad English Subs Customer Review Rated Bad 4 - 4 out of 10
I think I would have enjoyed this movie a lot more if I had been able to understand it better. The English subtitles are terrible. I gave up after about 40 minutes. I was just able to follow the story, but decided I was missing too much of what was being said. Lots of phrases and whole sentences were left out. I have to give it a poor rating for that reason.

Sweet, Entertaining, and fit for Hollywood!!! Customer Review Rated Bad 8 - 8 out of 10
'Love Me, Love My Money' is a irresistably sweet romantic comedy set in modern day Hong Kong. Richard Ma, played by Toney Leung, is alltogether, a hilarious character! He is a tight-pocketed, selfish business man, thinking of only how he can save money and how he can make MORE money. Introduce him to the spirited, charming Choi (played by Shu Qui), and you have 'Love Me, Love My Money'.

While Richard is attracted to Choi from the first meeting, Choi doesn't like Richard at all. Richard decides, after his last girlfriends money-snatching antics, it's best to not tell Choi about his millions of dollars. But thanks to his ex-girlfriend, he is soon after left penniless, jobless, and bedless. But then, to ward of an annoying suitor, Choi pretends that Richard is her boyfriend. This incident draws Richard and Choi together, and slowly, their differences begin to seem... not that different!

This movie was funny, cute, and very romantic. I liked it alot, and think you will too! Shu Qi and Tony Leung make a very convincing couple.
