Featuring songs from the latest KBS blockbuster that teams up popular singer Kang Ta and actress Kim Min Sun ( Memento Mori, Raging Years) as tragic love couple, this solid release was brought to life by talented Choi Chul Ho who was in charge of the soundtracks for "Rival", "18, 29" and "Loving you".
The title track "After Love" was contributed by top vocalist Cho Jang Hyuk who hasn't released an original album since 2003. Other recommendations include "Always" (track 1) by ex- Novasonic singer Lee Hyun Sub as well as the classic song "Solvejg's Lied" among other absorbing material.

2005년 강타, 김민선 주연으로 방영 전부터 화제가 되었던 드라마 `러브홀릭`의 O.S.T.가 나왔다. 총 음악 프로듀싱은 드라마 `라이벌`,`열여덟 스물아홉`, `러빙유`등 의 O.S.T. 음악을 작곡한 드라마 O.S.T.의 명장 최철호 음악감독이 맡았으며, 노바소닉의 전 보컬이었던 `이현섭`이 1번트랙`Always`를 불러 역동적인 느낌을 잘 살렸으며, 타이틀곡 `후애`에는 호소력 있는 목소리의 주인공 `조장혁`이 오랜만에 본 작을 위해 참여했다.
타이틀 곡 `후애`는 선생님과 제자와의 이루어 질 수 없는 사랑을 `조장혁`만의 부드러운 감성으로 거부감 없이 잘 표현했다는 찬사를 받고 있으며, 현재 뮤직비디오로도 제작되어 영상미와 함께 감상할 수 있다.
또 드라마와 동명그룹인 인기그룹 `러브홀릭`도 본 O.S.T.에 참여하여, 그들만의 색다른 느낌을 들어볼 수 있는 것도 이 번 O.S.T. 감상의 재미라 할 수 있으며, 드라마 전반에 흐르는 클래식 명곡 `솔베이지의 노래`가 강타와 김민선과의 애절한 사랑의 느낌과 여운을 남기고 있다.

Tugs at your heart strings

I thoroughly enjoyed this series but purchased the OST before I saw it. After listening to the CD I could not wait to see the series. The songs are emotionally moving and yet soothing to listen to. Listening makes the series vivid in your mind for a long time. This is one of my favorite soundtracks. I am not Korean and do not speak nor understand the language BUT the music certainly emits the message clearly. |

I saw the series. Very moving. The emotional acting exudes from the ill-fated couple has to be seen. Music is fantastic ( track 14 Always (acoustic) is the best). Music is hauntingy beautiful. Wonderful drama. |

Yes! it is great^^ I only saw the first episode without undertitles...I´m a german people...and I understand no korean language^^°°° But I love it...specialy because KangTa is in it but also the cute and dramatic storie... I want to have it on DVD!!!>< With undertitles it will be perfect^^ö Hey guys! Watch it, if it is possible! It is really good! |
