　　When the intrepid Venetian traveller Marco Polo first recorded his adventure something was missing - for the heart of his story lay burled deep within the soul of the man himself. In the famous chronicle of his travels nothing is revealed about Marco's experiences in Israel and the Middle East - the tale of an impossible love and his destructive passion for a bold and beautiful woman.
