This release is based on Matsus live concert at Nakano Sun Plaza on November 7, 2003. In addition to her debut single Ashita, Haru ga Kitara (If Spring Comes Tomorrow), listeners can enjoy some of her other popular melodies including Koishi Hito (My Beloved) and Gomen ne (Im Sorry), as well as Kazumasa Odas Honto no Kimochi (True Feelings). The disk offers a very choice selection of melodies that conveys the ambience and excitement of the live concert. Second Wave is Matsus second tour and fans may notice her growing sense of composure as a live performing artist. Happenings such as at the start of the concert when the MCs voice becomes high-pitched with emotion are also recorded just as they occurred. A question, though, remains about the meaning of this CD release because the live DVD version coming out at the same time contains a lot more songs. Soft and Gentle
Soft and Gentle
| I really like Matsu Takako's voice. It is very soft and gentle. The music is very nice, it is the type of music that one might hear at a lounge. It is very relaxing. Whenever have trouble sleeping, listen to this CD and it will bring calmness and then it is easy to fall asleep. Majority of the songs are slow, nice ballads. Love it. |

Excellent vocal coupled with great tunes
| What more can I say? The album is just great. Takako Matsu as usual exerts her strong and yet feminine vocal through all her songs. Being a live recording of the concert, the album is definitely worth a good review. |
