After seven years together, popular indie band Rentrer en Soi shocked fans in September 2008 with the announcement that they would be disbanding. With the final performance set for December 25, Rentrer en Soi's new mini album Megiddo is most likely the band's last original release (a best of album will be released in November). Revolving around the themes of light, darkness, and eternity, Megiddo's hard ambient rock is a testament to why Rentrer en Soi has been such a popular fixture of the visual rock scene, and why they'll be sorely missed.
