Yi Tian Tu Long Ji Vol.21-40 (End)
August 29, 2005 The Heavenly Sword and Dragon Sabre or Yi Tiang TuAlec Su acted amazingly well and expressed well in very plot of the movies. He acted well as Zhang Chui San with the "righteous", yet rigid type of personality. However, a more convincing make up for his age would really help. Of course, he performed amazingly well in each of the role for Zhang Wu Ji. That's the most interesting part of the movie.
The main actress for Zhao Min is pretty, however, her acting skill was still quite raw. It leaves the viewer with the impression that she remembers her verse well, but lacked the skill in expressing each roles that she played. It seems a clear lack of inner depth for Zhao Min's role as one female who was not only pretty and clever, but had great depth and value that moved and stole the heart of the main actor, Zhang Wu Ji.
The other actress for Zhao Zhi Rou is very pretty and beautiful who acted better in her role as Zhao Zhi Rou, however, in some parts, her makeup was not appropriate and those long claws or rather nails and the unnecessary laser effect destroyed her part quite a lot as it's quite distasteful.
Overall, the plot is good, the scenery is beautiful and overall the fighting scenes are good, however, the first part of the movie was a bit "drag" or "long", also, some of the special effects are too unnecessary or rather spoiled the films.
I enjoyed the movie to a certain extent, but not as much as I should, as the acting for the main actress was too superficial, not enough depth into it and the overdone special effect spoiled the show to a certain extent.
The songs are okay, but not the best. I'm surprised that Alec Su didn't sing in the show, as he is a good singer who sings with expressions.
