After the departure of leader Ryohei in 2006, visual kei band ayabie came back stronger than ever last year with a new guitarist, updated sound, and a full schedule of concerts and releases including the mini album Rikkaboshi in November. A perennial favorite in the indies scene, the band continues to keep fans happy in 2008 with their varied rock sounds. Their latest Melt Away comes with the new single TheMe and the side track I'm Vogue. As a sign of the band's growing popularity, Melt Away is being released in three different versions for three times the ayabie audio-visual rock experience.
