　　In a summer holiday, a father (Mr. Kuk) with his children (Ku Fung and Little Kuk-Ku) has decided to open a noodle bar on a 2-month lease. He has great expectations for his noodle business. Kuk Fung quickly falls in love with Carlily (Kuk Fung's friend). Meanwhile, Little Kuk-ku has met a new friend, Wo who is working at the noodle bar. As the vacation is going, the nodle bar has to be closed. Mr Kuk's business performance didn't come up to his expectations, but it ends up with two puppy loves.

Merry Go Round is a cute movie about young love between a noodle shop owner's (Eric Tsang) son named Ku Fung (don't know the guy's name) and a girl named Carlily (Rainie Yang). Kelly Chen has a very small part in the beginning of the movie, she plays a girl in love with Ku Fung, but Ku Fung does not like her. Victor Chen (Kelly Chen's younger brother) also has a small role in which he plays a police officer. In this movie, you will see a very young Rainie Yang. She plays Carlily, a very cute, sweet and innocent girl who falls in love the first time with Ku Fung. And she gets her first broken heart when they go to Japan together and he just kept talking on the phone all night long with her sister.

The movie is okay. It's a very simple story about two young kids who fall in love. And on the side, Eric Tsang plays Ku Fung's father who owns a noodle shop that does not succeed very well.

This is a realllu cute movie! The storyline is sweet and touching, kind of realistic too; as if it can actually happen to every one of us. Because of that, it`s eay to be absorbed by it. I'd really recommend this movie to the general public. Those that love chic flicks/ romance comedies, this would serve you undoubtedly. Enjoy!

Love This Film Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
Kelly Chen fans should look elsewhere--her momentary appearance in this film is as a fawning "ugly" girl in thick glasses, buck teeth, and painted-on freckles. Watch this film instead for breakout performances by adorable Yeung Shing-Lam and, especially, Zeny Kwok as her tomboy sister. This is a charmingly lyrical teen romantic triangle, intelligently written and directed, as sweet as a piece of candy.

i thought it was cute and a bit funny too. but the plot wasn't so good, didn't lead to anywhere. but it kind tell a experience between first girlfriend/boyfriend and their breakup i think.
