Shan Cai (Barbie Hsu) and the boys of F4 finally leave their school days behind. Entering the world of adulthood, everyone has new responsibilities and relationships to consider, but the bond among the friends remains as strong as ever. Dao Ming Xi (Jerry Yan) and Shan Cai travel to Barcelona, Spain for a romantic trip, but an accident causes him to separate from Shan Cai and lose his memory. With no recollection of his past, he befriends another girl (Michelle Saram) and starts a new down-to-earth life in Taiwan. His friends try hard to find him to no success, and Shan Cai must now face life without her loved one. Fortunately, she has Hua Ze Lei (Vic Chou) by her side to support and protect her. 本作は、日本地上波用に編集された、もうひとつの「流星花園2」。台湾オリジナル版全31話が20話に再編集され、さらに日本語吹替もついた7枚組・二ヶ国語収録の「Japan Edition」となっている。映像特典として、NG集が収録されている。
英徳学園創始者一族の四青年"F4"たちは、ついに英徳大学を卒業。仲間の計らいにより、つくしと司は2人きりの卒業旅行として、スペインへと旅立った。バルセロナのロマンチックな雰囲気に包まれて、次第に気持ちを高めていく2人。そんなある日、つくしは司の置手紙と白いドレスを見つけ、指示通りに約束の場所に向かった。だが、いくら待っても、約束の場所に司が現れない。実は、司は待ち合わせ場所に向かう途中で交通事故に巻き込まれ、記憶を失っていて…。
