可是，一個意想不到的緣由，莊主明姑不得不讓一位青年學子、繪畫才俊林吾建進入神秘繡房，與阿秀合作價值驚人的刺繡珍品。少女懷春，少男繾情，阿秀與吾建朝夕相處，互生愛意。然而，愛情之花未及綻放，便罹致殺生之禍。死?逃生的一對癡男怨女從此天各一方，都誤以為彼此陰陽相隔，只落得心靈守望。流年似水，期間多少愛恨情仇，此消彼長，攪人肝腸。
