I really like her rendition of her fellow old colleague's songs!!! She sang Alex Fong's song and I was addicted to it! I was shocked that Gold Label still released a CD for Miriam when she wasn't in their company anymore! The songs all have a nice and smooth melody, which is very relaxing to listen to! Support Miriam! You would really miss out if you don't take the chance to listen to her renditions!!

this is quiet a disappointing album!!! not sure why she has the guts to make it. i am her long time fans, but this album is no good!!! i think the problem is she doesnt have a good singing skills as most of us already aware!!! anyhow, good try but no cigar!!! =p

This album is... not Miriam's best. I disliked how GoldLabel rearranged the composition in every single song. Miriam, for some reason, sounded horrible and weak. I believe it wasn't her fault as compared to her other albums. GoldLabel is very "cheap" in making this album. The cover [tracks] are very week and they [I believe] used an old picture of Miriam as the CD cover. I've got to admit, I wasn't impressed as I thought all of the songs were going to be good.

This album sounds to me like Miriam singing these classic songs in a karaoke box with no rehearsal. Or my theory is that these songs were originally given to Miriam and other artists to sing in order to see to who gets what song. Unfortunately, Miriam didn't get chosen for these songs. And luckily, the record company recored it. Now that she left the record company, they want to squeeze the last drop of cash from her. So they put all these failed testing songs into a CD and released it.

Her voice sounds flat. Background music sounds flat (and strange in some songs). It does nothing to support her voice. It sounds like it's generated from some automatic setting from a cheap keyboard.

I am glad Mariam left her record company.

A big strength of miriam's work this time around is that some of the cover tracks were exceptionally well done. In fact, her own interpretation provides greater appeal than that of the originals, which is quite an accomplishment. Unfortunately, not all the tracks can boast such distinction as some of them, while not bad, simply do not impart quite the same lasting impression.

However, its worth noting that its definitely refreshing to hear different singing styles from Miriam. Hopefully she can incorporate this into her major album releases.

Overall though, its an easy listening album
