　　辛蘊余（陳松伶飾）在黑色星期五失業兼失戀，其好友姬詩（李惠敏飾）建議到上海散心。蘊余閒來遊覽上海風光，路上遇見胡阿九（黎耀祥飾），受他所累而遺失相機。

　　姬詩提議蘊余應徵女秘書，徐經理知蘊余為香港人，騁為秘書甚覺有面。胡阿九亦為該公司見習生，常與余鬥嘴。公司接拍首飾廣告，模特兒因事未有到場，正徬徨間，阿九順口著蘊余頂替，一向土氣的蘊余搖身一變，明艷照人。

She meets with Wu Kou on the street in Shanghai and got robbed because of him. Grace recommends Fishy to work in her company as secretary.
