Fell in love with Jin-Mo Ju!
| The movie was pretty good. Although the movie lacked in some areas, I still thought it was good, and I did cry as well. I wish the 3 main characters and their love story was more developed. I especially liked the way Jin-Mo Ju looked in the movie, as well as enjoyed listening to him speak Korean. <3 Very nice <3. |

Musa the Warrior
| A graphic movie focused on the fight scenes with a lot of action. There are some very cool characters in this show, but it appears at times to be more of a fairy tale than a period piece. Still, if you like martial arts, you'll enjoy this. |

Everything from excellent acting, plot, storyline, A++ mind blowing realistic action/fight/battle scenes to emotion and solid character development it's all here for you!!!! Personally I would rate this movie up there alongside Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon and Hero. Simply pure gold, this is truly a film money well spent on. You wont be dissappointed! Great Movie...
| A GREAT movie to watch indeed. The storyline is very original and the fighting is also very 'powerful'. Great and sad love story to this as well. HIGHLY recommended! Visually, mentally and emotionally stimulating. |

I suggest you rent first then buy later

| Here's the scoop: Unless you really like scenes where people die in vain (not to mention over body parts), pretty princess who exists JUST so you can see grown men bicker... oh yeah, its one of the most expensive films Korea ever made, but too bad there's not much of a plot going to really make you think, "WOW" at the end of the movie. There's a group of warriors and due to some misunderstanding are sent into exile where they fight for their survival, which eventually falls in the hand of the Princess, played by the lovely Zhang Ziyi. I love Zhang Ziyi, but frankly, the role of "damsel in distress" doesn't suit her. Aside from a few glares that hopefully could pass off as anger, disappointment or sadness, that's about as far as her emotion acting goes. The warriors themselves did a really good job though (so kudos to the casting there). Now the plot and characterization itself: there is none. "Protect the princess!" "No! Why must we when so many are dying?!" "Protect the princess cause I said so and I'm the general!" That's the gist of the conversation you'll be hearing as the story progresses. I like how these warriors are put in this situation where they question their ethics and loyalty and even themselves. The only bad thing is that the focus was too much on the "glamour" of the movie and the effects, rather than developing the characters themselves and really making it into an epic movie. And here's the subplot that was just a waste of time: The love story between the 3 main characters (princess, general and musa- or at least I think that's his name since his name is different in the movie). You really don't know if the General is willing to risk so much lives for the sake of surviving like the Princess promised them, or if he's just a man in love. Then add "Musa" in and you get a love triangle. But again, the director/writers don't really develop it, so you feel cheated because things aren't really concluded. So, the movie is ok, but for such a big budget movie, I expected more "substance" out of it. |

Awesome
|
This is one of the best martial arts epics to come out of Korea. It is an intense story. It is much more than an action film, and much more than a martial arts film. this is good stuff! What I like most about this movie is it takes you on a journey. The scenes are shot in many different locations so you dont get bored with movie sets. And best of all Zang Ziyi is a main character and she is not only beautiful but superb in this movie! The acting is top notch. |

| When I first rented this movie and watched it, I was over blowed how well the movie was well produced and directed, the back ground music, the actors/ actress were excellent in their parts. They draw you in, you feel their emotions and the drama thats going on, its so moving. The ending, I wasnt expecting what happened that did happen, but thats when it took my heart up and down. I was, yes tearful eyed. I wish they had the movie sound track, cuz I would had brought it. This movie is so worth the money, I had to special order it , through blockbuster. This is when I didnt know anything about Yesasia.com. Thanks to Yesasia. I know where I can buy asian movies |

| All I have to say is Zhang is blessed. She's only done a few films and every one seems be a hit. She sure knows how to peek'em. This movie should have or should still come the America theaters. Perhaps when Zhang gets even more famouse in America they'll re-release it. |
