Produced and directed by Kuk Tak Chiu 2003's Lunar delight "Lucky Star" revolves around the belief of Feng Shui that dates back to ancient Chinese dynasties and has endured until today. Of course it also presents to mega stars Tony Leung and Miriam Yeung who portray the fated protagonists of the movie.
Ye Guhong (Miriam Yeung) is met by bad luck wherever she goes and even though she is quite a beauty does not succeed in really being cared for by others. What's more in spite of being well informed in the practices of Feng Shui, she's unable to get rid of her own misfortunes. Meeting Lai Liaobu (Tony Leung) who owns a master's degree and also holds the title of Feng Shui master might be cause for her to cheer, however it turns out that his ancestors have warned him not to get near any person with the family name Ye, because that would certainly get him into big trouble. Therefore, he avoids the charming girl even though he is interested in her. It so happens that Guhong is surrounded by another master of profound arts Duan Xie (Ronald Cheng). Therefore, the two occult masters have to vie for Guhong's hand in a decisive showdown

Yip (Yeung) has had bad luck ever since her teenage days. Thinking that Feng Shui may help her get rid of the ills, Yip decides to seek help from famous Feng Shui expert Lai (Leung), who discovers that her bad luck is causd by his rival. As a fierce battle of Feng Shui ensues, Yip and Lai gradually fall in love. However, an even bigger obstacle awaits the two unlikely lovers.

Really Good!!! I thought that this movie is SO FUNNY!!! I can watch it a million times and not get tired of it. Not really that was a hyperbole but anyway it is really great and the story line is funny!!! My third favorite non-Wuxia movie Definetly worth ten dollars. -Xiang |

| I'm a huge fan of both actors and was a little hesitant to buy it (i couldn't really picture them together) but I LOVED it! The story lines a little um.. slowish but overall i think its really sweet |

loved it
| I was a bit nervous to watch this- never seen miriam and tony matched up together, wondering if it would work. It did! I thought they were so cute together. The film was hilarious. Must buy for MIriam Fans |

Good and funny
| This is a good and funny movie starring Miriam Yeung, Tony Leung, and Ronald Cheng. I like most of Miriam's movies because they're usually funny. There are also other guest stars. |

| it's an interesting movie, i watched it once but i forget most of the scenes, but RONALD was hilarious dressed as a woman!! he makes a BEAUTIFUL woman!! lol |
