Admittedly though it was a while after the film came out so basically i think it was like a "First come, first serve" basis. This was the only thing wrong, the film however i really like :D even though i can understand very little of what they say! In fact you don't really need to understand Japanese to watch this film, it is very easy to understand (plus not much dialogue) really leaves you to interpret what's going on and the characters feelings. But i do and not only that but the whole film is shot really well. I really like the techniques used and editing done, i partically love the music, it was used VERY WELL in this film. I was slightly worried before watching this that it wouldn't be very good, maybe i would be expecting too much? i didn't want it to be a bad film i didn't want to not like it. I've wanted to see it for a while now (2 yrs to be exact) but never got round to it, finally when i have it's just brilliant, it hasn't dissapointed me at all. November 13, 2007 Definately one of the bestThis is one of the best films i have seen. The way it was shot and the music used really gives you the old-ish feeling despite it being shot in 2006/7. It takes you back in time and tells a story of a man, Mr. Cinema. But in actual fact there were lots of 'Mr. Cinema's', how life was and how life is now. The difference in 40 years is shown and the history of HK as well, it is like a documentary showing us things that us too young could not see. It is a touching story and definately worth watching. July 8, 2007 Definately worth a watch!Okay, at first i looked at it and was like "nahh..." and put it back down. But since my dad bought it already and it was just laying there... i later thought "why not?" and gave it a try at first it was slightly boring (mainly because i had no idea what was going on or what to expect)i haven't read the manga or know about the history. But you really get into the film, sure if you're an Andy Lau fan it helps because you're like "must watch andy" lol but he plays the character really well and also it is a really good film, it has been done nicely although there are some special effects you can tell is fake. It's not just a war story, it also asks questions about what people believe in. It really does get you involved. I think it's worth a watch and then you can decide whether you like it or not. The comedy is good, stuff i haven't seen in a while, especially from Jackie! I think this is a lot better than his Hollywood films, simply because it's "different". Compared to his Holloywodd films this has more of a storyline and actually gives Jackie a new role. He shows more of his acting skills and less of his martial arts skills.
Also him teaming up with Louis is definately different. At first i admit i wasn't to sure about it, meaning i didn't know what to expect from them. October 8, 2005 A Great CD!
I heard his new song on TV and i really liked it and decided to get this. It is a must-have for Andy fans! but if you're not a Andy fan, the songs are still great!! Sure it's about love but it's just really good! ^_^ you can't really explain it, but it's somethign you would like...(well, i guess for most people anyway) If you buy this ENJOY!

I laughed my head off, when i watched it! even my brother did, and he rarely laughs at funny movies! ^^ I'm telling you this is a good movie, go watch it. But some of you might not like it, it may be a bit too silly or something not what you'd watch ^^ So think before you buy it and don't set your expectations to high i mean when you do, you are most likely to be disappointed... Well, i probably didn't help much..sry! if i didn't and if you're gonna buy it enjoy!
