After a two-year hiatus, J-pop girl group MAX is making their comeback - with original member Mina! Following the departure of Aki in August 2008, Mina returned to the group after six and a half years away, bringing MAX back to the original four. To celebrate the group's return, MAX is releasing the remix best-of album New Edition -Maximum Hits- containing remixed versions of their greatest hits from the golden 1996 to 1999 era, including TORA TORA, Isshoni..., and Ginga no Chikai. The album also comes with the bonus track Are You Ready?.

This edition comes with a DVD containing 12 music videos and making of footage.
