I'm glad the DS Lite arrived in one piece. My experience with yesasia was awful. I placed the order on dec.17 cuz it is a birthday gift for jan.17. It was also suppose to be upgraded to express shipping. But it never arrived until jan.22 (over a month O.o) and I live in the US. It was past my friend's b-day, was not upgraded to express shipping, cancelled twice (one item was cancelled due to unable to locate merchandise within 14 days), no tracking number (no expected arrival date -_-), shipped by yesstyle.com instead of yesasia for some reason and I had to call almost every week to track it. I've order with yesasia b4 and this had never happened until now. I was desperate about this order cuz it was a b-day gift, but since it arrived late, i can't judge the product as highly as it is (>.<) Overall, it is a great product, but u should consider buying a case for it since fingerprints can easily ruin it. ^_^

no doubt this baby blue DS cute... after playing you will notice the finger marks all over the console, but thats the same with all DS.
My only complaint is that they should have supplied the wrist strap baby to match the DS.
Once you turn on the DS, it is in japanese, but you should be able to make out what it is asking you.

Shipping with yesasia took a while, I ordered mine on the 30th nov, and received it 14th dec, yesasia was out of stock and had to outsource for supplies, and i was told it wont be shipped until the 18th dec.

UK buyers be warned, as the plug supplied is a 110v, you must buy your own AC plug for UK its 240v, buy it from Game for £4.99 its cheaper then the one yesasia is selling.

yesasia has wrote to me "YesAsia will not be responsible for the damage if "Nintendo DS Lite Console (Ice Blue) (110V) (Japan Version)" is made defective by voltage mismatch negligence."

so be careful!!!

I'm very proud to tell you that Yesasia is an excellent site. The DS comes to me, in Italy, 3 days after the shipping and it was packed perfectly and there was a travel adaptor that Yesasia sent to me without any charge.
The colour of this DS Lite is wonderful. I like it very much.

I love this so much, it's like ipod with a shining cover. Easy to use, Good to play. It also got a screen touch, you will find there is a totally different experience from traditional game console!

Nintendo Games are highly recommended!!!!!
I ordered it with a Super Mario and Super Mario Kart, excellent games!!!

You will get your money worth! You know you will smile just looking at the box when it is sitting at home. Plus, the improved FFIII graphic! It's the BEST on DS thus far! I am glad that I didn't play FFIII on Nintendo coz the graphic really hurt my eyes if I do. With is DS version, I can play WHENever I want and the graphic is still wayyy better than before. Seems like a totally new game! I remember it was always my dream when I was a kid. I remember I talked to my brother 'It will be so cool if you can Final Fantasy like gameboy in the future'. And now, technology improved so fast. Everything is possible!!! I am happy!

This is the sleekest piece of gear I've ever purchased! Glad I didn't buy the original DS as it is totally ugly.
The display screen is capable of blinding light levels: you can play in the dark with this thing! The touch screen of mines is rather clicky though, but doesn't affect gameplay. Moreover, there is no region coding of games so you can import the latest titles from Japan.....YAyyy!!!!

Dear All DS lite lover,
The DS console (DS or DS Lite) can play US and Japan or even UK games. The best thing about DS it there are no limit on where you are, you can play all the game you want.

I felt obligated to write this review after getting such sublime service from YesAsia. The customer service people are very helpful and co-operative. Most amazing thing is My order took only one day to arrive here in UK after shipping! Even faster than UK local service. How cool is that?

I got the Enamel Blue DS. Now I am thinking should have gotten the White one. Blue one looks cool but it is too prone to fingerprints as the body is so shiny.But I am happy with the DS.

And one more thing I even got a refund. I didnt know that Express delivery was free. So they happily refunded me the money. Two thumps up for Yesasia.Just to say buy with confidence from Yes Asia.

i have had my eye on this for a while and it looks vry appealing. i live in the uk and was un were that it has came out in japan. i also like the blue colour. in the uk you can only get black and white. i own a psp and was amazed by th fact that the ds lite has a btter backlight. i was wondering if anyone can tell me if the japan version plays all games.

as it is smaller, lighter and better backlight i will get on of these instead of a big bulky ds.
