Popular Korean actor Lee Min Ki (Romantic Island) and Japanese starlet Ikewaki Chizuru (Strawberry Shortcake) team up for the Korea-Japan co-production Oishii Man. Directed by Kim Jeong Jung (HERs) and filmed primarily in snowy Hokkaido, Japan, this picturesque romance is about a Korean singer whose promising career comes to a halt when he begins to develop hearing problems. Unable to continue recording, he runs off to Japan to escape his problems. He travels to a small town in Hokkaido and serendipitously meets a bright and quirky young woman who opens his heart to music and love again. Oishii Man also co-stars Jung Yoo Mi (Family Ties).
