　　齊亮聲(溫兆倫)乃一名的士司機，為人踏實，與母(蘇杏璇)相依為命。好賭的交通輔警尚天堂(張衛健)與聲交惡，而堂妹天嬌(劉玉翠)則對聲苦纏。後堂與聲分別邂逅黎金妹(梁藝齡)，妹生性純良，因舅父貪財而被逼晉身娛樂圈，更被電影公司老闆卓若禮(吳啟明)追求。

　　禮與父卓奔(胡楓)狼狽為奸，經營販毒生意。妹得堂之助擺脫禮，二人更墮入愛河，禮大怒，遂設計令堂橫死。堂死後，聲悉心照顧妹。禮妹若男(李婉華)不值父兄所為，與聲成為好友，更對他產生愛意。

　　堂對妹念念不忘，欲返回陽間找她，但卻發現她與聲日久生情，醋意大發之際更驚覺他倆前生本為夫妻。另方面，堂與男冥冥中有一段宿世姻緣。前世今生，四人錯綜複雜的關係將會如何解決？
