Finaly!! Long-awaited solo album from Jade Valerie (ex-sweetbox)! It's so magnificent, so as soon as you'll turn it On you WON'T be able to stop listening to it! Each song is a 100% HIT!
High Quality POP Music Album, with fun, cool, intresting & surprisingly deep lyrics (Goodbye) and of course JADE extremely powerful & stunning voice!!

Also there's Just Another Day Music video on Limited Edition DVD Disc. Maybe it's simple, BUT it's definitely stylish, well directed & worth watching!

Don't forget buying this album you're supporting JADE & her music!!

Just plain fun! Customer Review Rated Bad 9 - 9 out of 10
I've been a Jade Valerie fan for a while (from her sweetbox days 'til now). Jade and Roberto Rosan (aka Geo)has never failed to impress me album after album. Always creating new sounds in different ways yet the same.

Jade's lyrics has never been written in such a way where you can follow catchy lyrics and they are very addicting (both sound and lyrics)! Not to say of course that her past works have never been fun at all. Tuned Up especially is very fun while Just Another Day gives a steady latino styled beat and is awesome. Lyrics were really written well and well thought out. Jade's lyrics are just growing album after album and they have never been so fun to listen to! Goodbye and Just Another Day is probably the only 2 songs that were more in the 'serious' tone and lyrical wise. I've never heard such lyrics before by Jade and they are a must hear. I just find it slightly discomforting that Goodbye, for such a beautiful song has the "F" word in it. But what do I know? These lyrics were written out of Jade's experience and we'll never know how painful they were to have that word be in there (and yes, this album does have swear words though only less than half the album has it).

The DVD contains the music video of her promotional single for this mini album Just Another Day. Though not her best video, fits very well with the concept and matches the sound. *this is also different from the finalized version you see from www.jadevalerie.com

Jade Valerie since then til now has been (as of March 15th 2008) underrated and still is. The world needs to know her. This album definitely opens up a new chapter of Jade's music and the direction is definitely going up. And yeah, $24.99 for 8 songs and one music video is definitely pricey when it comes from importing but it will surely be worth your money. May this album help you realize the awesomeness of Jade Valerie.

Fun & different effort Customer Review Rated Bad 5 - 5 out of 10
I wasn't too crazy about this album, but it was Jade's first venture outside of the name "Sweetbox"! "Just Another Day" is great on the chorus and music composition, but the verses aren't performed well. The lyrics are good, but I don't perfer the rapping style. "Goodbye" is the best track to me and has Jade's most meaningful message she has ever written. That song alone is reason enough to buy this album. "Tuned Up" is fun, but I don't really like it all that much. "Mr. Pay Me" is my favorite upbeat song and shows the agressive Jade! "Crush" is wonderful on music and vocals, but lacks in the lyrics. "Uh LaLa" has a great chorus, but the verses aren't good. I can't really remember "Show Me".

So out of 8 tracks, there's only 2 I really love...1 I like alot...and 1 that I think is pretty good. 4 out of 8 I'll listen to. The other 4 I find OK and fun...but never go back to. The MV for "Just Another Day" is my favorite video to ever feature Jade. It's got a meaning and it's beautiful. So, YES...the CD+DVD is worth the money completely. I just think "Bittersweet Symphony" shows more of Jade's original style and true musical gift. It's 10x better than "Out Of The Box", but this mini-album deserves a fair try anyway! Plus, as I emphasized on, the MV is really good!!!!!

25$ isn't much to pay for 4 really good songs and a great video. This DVD is region ALL, btw. It's not Region 2. Worked for me on both my Region 1 DVD players!!! ^.^

Fans' rest assured with this phenomenal release!

Sweetbox's frontwoman, Jade Valerie Villalon, is making her solo debut with a new record company as well as with a new sound yet still maintaining her well-known meaningful lyrics. "Just Another Day", the track used for the music video featured on the DVD, is charming with an unusual musical piece along with Jade's powerful vocals singing lyrics that are in keeping with her leaving Sweetbox. "Tuned Up", the opening song, is more jazzy but may take some time to grow on you. Overall, this album is a wonderful step out of Sweetbox for Jade Valerie and I believe that any fan of her should buy this without a doubt. As Jade said herself on her newly opened website, "I've only left a name behind, not my music"

Keep an eye out for the 14-track full version that will be released by Universal International in 2008.
