その大人気アニメがさらにパワーアップしてOVAとして登場。決戦の舞台を全国大会に移し、全国制覇に向けた新生青学テニス部の戦いを、OVAならではのクオリティの高いアニメーションで描いた話題作である。
氷帝最強ダブルス・ペアの宍戸・鳳に、青学はもちろん大石・菊丸の黄金ペアで対抗。お互いを知り尽くし、互いに切磋琢磨してきた名コンビ同士の対戦は大接戦となり、ついにはタイブレークへと持ち込まれる…。
