WATCH IT!!! Customer Review Rated Bad 8 - 8 out of 10
Over The Rainbow perfectly unfolds the ups and downs of the road towards the entertainment world. It is very different than the stereotype Korean dramas I have seen (no amnesia, no disease whatsoever). Hwanhee did a very, very excellent job in acting as an arrogant singer, considering this is the first time he acts. He managed to actually bring his character, Rex, alive (and I personally wish that Rex really existed, but tough luck)

The songs are great and the dance are nicely choreographed (it even inspires me to take up Modern Dancing classes, haha).

Overall, it is a fresh, light drama. And recommended to people of all ages. (Hey, my mom is so not into hip hop, still this drama manages to capture her heart)

Loved thid Drama! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
I have watched over 50 K-dramas and this one really stands out as one of the more refreshing ones. It feels entirely different from many dramas with its realistic acting style (no over-the-top crying and whining), and its fantastic dancing (which is an extra bonus to the film). It deals with a group of young people trying to make it big in the entertainment industry and how much of yourself you have to sell or lose to accomplish that. I found this to be very well scripted and moved at a relatively fast pace. There were a couple episodes that seemed to drag as they transitioned but overall I was glued to the screen. I saw that the story paralleled a bit with the lives of actual Korean music artists such as Rain and Se7en (this is glaringly obvious when Rex puts his hair in braids and a studded bandana......reminiscent of Rain's first concert). It is fun and I would recommend it to anyone who loves music and dancing mixed with some angsty fun and romance.

Un-noticed Blooper Customer Review Rated Bad 6 - 6 out of 10
I've watched this DVD a couple of times and I just noticed that the Tatoo on the character of Rex keeps switching arms. The show was very good, but I found this very funny. Watch for it when you watch the show.

Over the Rainbow Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
I loved it. I appreciated their tallent as singers and dancers. The acting was very good. It made me laugh, cry happy and sad. I found some of the romance sceens very appealing. I did want to see Rex with the girl at the end though I liked the one she ended with too. I appreciate how they all started out and went through many trials and changes and how they helped each other servive and remained friend through it all. How they didn't allow adversity to stop them from realizing their dreams. Great drama and acting skills. I would have really love to see the whole show Rex did of the resurrection and hope the sound track becomes available again very soon.

No pot of gold at the end! Customer Review Rated Bad 5 - 5 out of 10
Yup, theres no pot of gold in the end of the rainbow. the twist is not so surprising, you would have guessed it already if you are a korean adict of telenovelas. The only plus side on this series are the actors. the TV was their dancing canvas. they were all great and its actually entertaining to see their steps. But its too dragging and no real conflict anyway. Hence, the series rot.

A fun twist Customer Review Rated Bad 7 - 7 out of 10
I found the series to be a fun watch..but would not make it as an "All Time Classic" or anything. If you save up to by two or three titles every year..this one is not for you. But if you like to get a new one often, I would say it is a good buy.

The script writing is not the strongest, but I enjoyed the actors pertrail of the characters. And I like that the storyline is a bit different from the usual, its nice to see them mix it up a bit. I enjoyed seeing the dancing and the pop scene.

Not so great. Customer Review Rated Bad 5 - 5 out of 10
I personally did not like nor care for "Over the Rainbow." I did manage to watch it all the way through, but was left dissatisfied, annoyed, and thinking, "why did I waste my time watching this?" The premise of this show is good, four young people trying to make it in the entertainment business while the story chronologically follows their journey. Unfortunately, it was met with bad script writing. The story just ended up being the typical love square dilemma that is in most other Korean dramas. The plot keeps going around in circles until you're left dizzy with who exactly gets the girl/or guy. On top of that, none of the main characters are particularly likeable. And the acting from the four main leads definitely brings this drama down. I am a huge Fly to the Sky fan, but Hwanhee needs to improve his acting or just stick to singing. Overall, I'd recommend passing up on this.

Very entertaining Customer Review Rated Bad 8 - 8 out of 10
This drama is a musical series. Kim Ok bin is a real good dancer..must be a real ballet dancer. The male stars do dance well. Wasn't so surprise on Kwan hee as he is part of the Fly to the Sky Group...real nice voice and body moves. Surprises me is the male lead...he sings and dance well. must be singer too before is became an actor. Anyways, this songs are real nice although i felt the pacing is a little slow. Over-all, its good to see.
