Park Hye Kyung : When A Woman Is In Love - Lemon Tree (Repackage Album)

After the disbanding of her group THE THE in 1999, Park Hye Kyung launched a successful solo career, spellbinding her fans with her unique husky voice and becoming something of a poster girl for Korean modern rock. Touted as Korea' own Dolores O'Riordan (former lead singer of The Cranberries), Park enjoyed a string of hits like Go Baek ("Confession") and Bbalgan Oondonghwa ("Red Sneakers") and released six albums in total. In early 2008 while celebrating the 10th anniversary of her long career, the singer released a special remake album entitled When A Woman Is In Love, which blazed its way to the top of the online music charts. In response to the popular demand, Park releases When A Woman Is In Love - Lemon Tree, a repackaged version of her previous best-selling album, containing 2 discs that feature covers of memorable hits from the 80s and 90s and a brand new track entitled Lemon Tree.

Originally a 1996 international smash by German pop band Fool's Garden, Lemon Tree (CD 2 - Track 1) is now reinterpreted by Park to reflect her own eclectic style. Other highlights in the album include Kim Gun Mo's Areumda Oon Yi Byeol ("Beautiful Goodbye") (CD 1 - Track 1), Chi Yong Joon's Amado Geugun ("Perhaps") (CD 1 - Track 6), Pinnocchio's Sarang kwa woo jung sa ee ("Between Love And Friendship") (CD 1 - Track 3), Park Hak Ki's Haanggiroheun Choouk ("Fragrant Memories") (CD 1 - Track 9), and Shin Seung Hun's I Believe (CD 1 - Track 5).
