　　探員Song Mi-ran (李勝燕飾)回到辨公室時，看到自己的位置上放了一包郵件，一拆之下才駭然佑道內裡有一個人的心臟﹗然而她卻忙於到另一宗案件之現場，卻無法看到盒內的一封信……

　　在另一宗案件中，死者遭人殘殺，心臟盜走，口被鏠上，而皮膚亦被溶解，令人毛骨悚然，屍體旁邊則有一個鋼琴型之意樂盒。而探員Song、Yang (Park Cheol飾) 和Park 則接手這宗血案。

　　在回家途中，Yang 兒子Jin-woo(Hong Kyeong-in 飾) 問及有關案件之事，並將此案件與《沉默的亦龍》一書的故事聯想起來，又分析兇徒之殺人心理；但Yang 不希望兒子多理。然而，當另一宗類似的兇殺案再次出現時，Yang 卻因喝醉了而要Jin-woo 參扶至兇案現場，由於圍觀的人群太擠擁的關係，Yang 無法處理案件，此時，Jin-woo 發現人群中有一可疑人物，當他追上至停車場時，才知道真實……

This is a susense-thriller movie. Although old, i still say its a movie worth you time.

It's a story of a lunatic boy who kills due to a traumatic experience when he was still a child. The sotry is common but its worth your time.
