Too artsy for me
Like any foreign film, word for word translations are difficult & you'd think this film would be better in it's original language but, by me being able to understand Japanese, it doesn't help all that much. If you're expecting intrigue or facinating fight/assasin assignment situations, you might as well look else where. If there was a sophisticated message with artsy fartsy symbolism in some of these confusing scenes, then my brain is pickled because I just didn't see it. If you're writing some philosophy, symbolism paper on this movie, forward me a copy I'd like to know what I'm missing.

Misunderstood Movie
I've seen a lot of reviews on a lot of websites for this movie and, quite frankly, it's not so bad as everyone had made it out to be! First off, don't go into this movie thinking it's going ot act as a sequel to Branded To Kill. It is loosely related, but definately not to be considered a sequel in my opinion. Also, this movie is very artsy and the dialouge is... interesting. So is the plot. The acting is good and the soundtrack is excellent. I enjoyed the film and would watch it again.

Ok at first...
This movie was ok at first, but it got way too artsy. Thiry minutes or so into it I thought I was watching a movie by a film school student. It would've been great if it had been kept simple and straightforward. This was the tale of an assassin(a damn good looking one) trying to get by in her trade and become the "Number 1" killer. I'm not sure how good the translation was, but the dialouge is mostly terrible. Some situations and moments made no sense(as well as some of the english spoken dialouge). Certain parts of the movie I felt I was watching a stage show. I left this movie thinking I could rewrite it to make it 10 times better. Rent this one if possible, I made the mistake of buying it.
