Based on the ongoing best-selling Saint Seiya spin-off manga by Teshirogi Shiori, the 2009 OVA Saint Seiya - The Lost Canvas Hades Mythology is set in the same time period as Saint Seiya Next Dimension, 250 years prior to the events of the original Saint Seiya. Produced by TMS Entertainment, the anime series revolves around the 18th century Holy War, and the relationship between Pegasus Tenma and his friends Sasha and Alone, who later become Athena and his arch-enemy Hades.
Vol. 1 comes with Episodes 1 and 2.
