Angela Aki, reportedly the most beautiful spectacle-wearing J-pop singer, is finally back with Sakurairo ("Cherry Blossom-colored"). Angela's debut album, HOME released in 2006 turned into a bestseller, leaving no doubt that her positive minded music enjoyed huge acceptance by music fans. Her premier work that bore allusions to life in Tokushima, a region, which has a unique dialect, through the titular track HOME marked sales of 600,000 copies. Angela's new work takes the listener back to her overseas student life area in Washington DC that she recalls as the "Cherry Blossom-colored generation".

Also includes the image song On&On from the movie The Inugami Clan as well as the piano version of HOME. In addition, this version comes with an exclusive DVD featuring footage of the HOME video during Angela's performance at the ZEPP TOKYO in October 2006 plus the MV of Sakurairo and making of material.
