　　因喪妻而放浪形骸的杜龍在公園與一醜陋女子發生誤會，更被記者拍下片段播出。陳督察破解不了近日發生的變態殺手連環姦殺女子案件而導致精神緊張，陳斷定杜龍就是此變態殺手，決定以女探員Washabi喬裝無家可歸來混入龍家以搜集杜龍犯罪証據。但Washabi與杜龍相處一段時間後，發覺杜龍並不是他們想像中的變態殺手，而是一個樂於助人的人。Washabi開始懷疑自己是否找錯目標，但陳督察堅信龍是高智慧型罪犯，委派女心理專家董太喬裝Washabi之母親到龍家要拆穿其真面目。杜龍叫Washabi去買醬油，Washabi回來時卻看見龍滿身鮮血的舞動菜刀，Washabi表露身份拘捕龍，後原來發現屬誤會，Washabi向龍道歉，但龍要Washabi離開。化驗所又驗出被害者身上有龍工作地點相同之香燭粉末，眾探員趕往拘捕龍。龍在香燭舖被捕，此時龍的手提電話響起，電話中傳來Washabi的呼救聲，真正的兇手在龍家出現，Washabi危在旦夕…

　　Lung has lost his wife and becomes very dejected. One day he has conflict with an ugly girl in the park, and is taped and reported by a reporter. While Officer Chan is harassed by the recent raped and killed cases, he read Lung's news and he believes that Lung is that insane killer. Officer Chan then sends Washabi, his subordinate, to get close to Lung and gather his criminal act.

　　Washabi tries her very best to move in Lung's house, and wants to prove Lung's true face. However, after staying a while with Lung, she cannot find anything to prove Lung is the killer but instead, she finds Lung is a kind hearted and loves to help people. While Washabi is questioning if they have got the wrong target, Officer Chan is pretty confident to confirm Lung is the intellectual criminal. He send Mrs. Tung, the psychologist, to pretend as Washabi's mother and tries to get more evidence. Washabi helps Lung to buy the soya sause, when she returns, she finds Lung holding a knife and with bloods all over his clothes. Washabi identify herself and arrests Lung. However, the forensic report shows that the blood marks found on Lung's clothes are from the chicken. In fact, he wants to cook for Washabi. Despite washabi apologies to Lung, he wants her to leave his house. With no choice, Washabi goes back to pack her stuff.

　　The forensic report proves that the cense marks found on the body are the same as what they found in Lung's workplace. The police take Lung in the censes shop. Right at that moment, Washabi calls to Lung for help. The killer appears in Lung's house and Washabi is in dangerous......
