Malaysian singer Z-Chen Chang has won over the Taiwan market with his R&B music since releasing his first album there in 2002. After staying relatively quiet in the last three years, Z-Chen is set to make a loud "comeback" to the music scene in 2009 - the 10th anniversary of his singing career - and he has revealed his plan to do at least 30 concerts in Malaysia this year. Before that, Z-Chen will first release his long-awaited new album, which includes eight new songs such as the 2009 single "Enchanted", the title track "Secret Love", "Love and Punishment", and "Love Comes Just Right".
