Many years ago Saburo's father was labeled as dissident and murdered by officials of the state. Afterwards they dragged Saburo off to a desolate island in order to get rid of the only witness. Seriously injuring him through brutal torture they finally dumped him into the sea. As luck would have it Saburo is picked up by a fisherman pledging to get his revenge. 20 years later Saburo returns to the island looking for the past crooks, but instead runs into a mysterious girl that has a strange influence on him ?
