한국 모던락의 시작이자 현재 진행형인 언니네 이발관
대중 음악 평론가 강헌의 말을 인용할 필요도 없이, 언니네 이발관은 95년 홍대 앞의 인디 붐을 촉발시킨 국내 최초의 모던 록 밴드이다. 그들이 96년 발표한 1집 [비둘기는 하늘의 쥐]는 평론가들에 의해 그 해의 앨범에 선정되었으며, 이후 98년에 발표된 2집 [후일담]은 2000년 대중 음악 전문 웹진 '가슴'에서 조사한 '음악 관계자들이 가장 즐겨 듣는 앨범' 1위에 뽑힐 만큼 명반으로 평가 받으며 매달 수백장의 음반이 꾸준히 판매되는 스테디 셀러로 기록되고 있다.

The best KROCK album ever

No doubt, this band is a phenomenon! Hear songs as preppy as tesungan-eulmmid-eo-yotem, kkum-uimpabsong, #1, and the soothing Sesnes and you got Sunganeul Mideoyo, the title of the band's new album. Buy this, and you'll never go wrong! |
