一名自稱天使奇俠的人持生命探測器經常在仁心醫院出沒，尋找一些因絕望而輕生患絕症而感到絕望的人，為他們傳福音，並帶給他們希望和喜樂，不少垂危的病人因此奇蹟地康復過來。
天使奇俠的出現，引起傳媒關注，國際新聞電視台首席記者Angel Lee和助手張大虹，被上司調派為奇俠一事作深入報道。
在追尋奇事件真相過程中，大虹的好友Joe加入了調查行動，他自小醉心於天使神話，Joe經過奇俠阿宏勸誡，才發現他一向拒絕的父親原來和天使奇俠有極大關係，發現自己不停尋找的天使，不在天邊，卻在眼前。
