It's a must see Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10

The fight scenes, specifically with Sammo Hung & Donnie Yen, as well as Wu Jing with Donnie, are two of the most intense sections in the movies. This goes along with acting skills of all of the actors are so believable, it is a must see movie. One of the best movies in 2005.

Excellent movie for a poor DVD Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10

As far as I'm concerned, SPL was the best asian movie for the year 2005 : simple story, with interesting characters (and casting !), and great "old-school style" fighting scenes ! The only blame I can make to this movie is that it's too short...
But the DVD... What a crap. The disc which contains the movie is perfect, but the other... A poor making-of which lasts only 10 minutes (and his purpose is only promotional), a 20 minutes-press conference... And THAT'S ALL ! Where is the deleted scenes ? The second trailer ? Where is the featurette about the final fight scene (which I saw on the Web) ? Wilson Yip is a very interesting director, they could have made a real, long & interesting making-of especially for the DVD ! How disappointing !

10/10 for the movie, 4/10 for the DVDs.
