Before Wangan Midnight the Movie, Muroga Atsushi directed another film on racing - bike racing! Rising actor Saito Keita (Kamogawa Horumo) stars in this high-speed 2008 feature about a delivery boy and his trusty Honda Super Cub. Weaving in and out of roads and alleys at hazardous speeds, Super Cub takes the audience on a wild and crazy ride on Japan's favorite motorbike.

Bike lover Takeshi's (Sato Keita) joyous street racing days end unceremoniously after he gets busted by the police and his motorcycle is confiscated. What's more, his father decides to cut off financial support. Down and out, Takeshi is stuck working at a soba restaurant, trying to make ends meet and days pass. One day, Takeshi discovers a rundown Super Cub in the restaurant warehouse, and he's back on wheels again as the fastest delivery boy in town!

最速バイクを愛してやまず、走り屋の仲間内でもカリスマ的存在の“ＨＡＭＭＥＲ”こと浜田武史。バイクに明け暮れる日々を過ごしていた彼だったが、ある晩運悪く白バイに捕まってしまう。バイクを取り上げられ、父親の親友で蕎麦屋「かぶらぎ屋」の店長に面倒をみてもらうことになり、大人しく蕎麦屋でのバイト生活を余儀なくされる。刺激のない日々を過ごす武史だったが、ある日店のガレージで埃をかぶり故障した出前用バイク（スーパーカブ）を見つける。一方、走り屋仲間で良きライバルである真治がバイク窃盗事件へ関与しているのではとの疑いが・・・。仲間の疑いを晴らすため、チューンナップしたスーパーカブをひっさげたＨＡＭＭＥＲは、ついに敵の本拠地へ乗り込む！！
