　　惡霸趙霸天欲強搶民女小蘭，為幪面大俠所阻，並且殺死他的爪牙，二人結下樑子。趙遇武功非凡的區剛，納為黨羽。區剛與幪面俠比鬥，展露青峰劍，幪面俠其實是俠女羅鳳英，她平時以客棧僱主馬叔的女兒身份出現，她因也有一把青峰劍，因而懷疑區剛身份。霸天爪牙探得區剛與鳳英都有青峰劍，懷疑他是奸細而追殺他，為鳳英所救，並安排他住在小蘭家療傷。鳳英與區剛互生情愫，馬叔非常開心，並告知二人身世: 原來他們是表兄妹，十五年前鳳英父親因拒絕隱瞞趙之姐夫賣國消息而遭滅門之禍，臨死前把鳳英託孤於馬叔夫婦，並交給他兩把青峰劍。馬叔把其中一把劍交與鳳英的姨丈，但未幾姨丈也被害，遂把劍傳給區剛。鳳英與區剛獲悉身世後，與馬叔夫婦直搗趙宅，殺趙為父母報仇。

　　Local tyrant Chiu Ba-tin wants to abduct a local girl, Siu-lan. But someone in a mask stops him and kills his man. Chiu meets Au Yuet-wa. As Au is very good at martial arts, Chiu asks him to be his man. Au challenges the masked man and shows his Blue Blade Sword. The masked man is actually a girl named Law Fung-ying. She is the daughter of an inn owner, Uncle Ma. As she has a Blue Blade Sword herself, she is very interested in Au's identity. Someone in Chiu's camp finds out that both Au and Law have Blue Blade Sword. Chiu suspects Au is a spy and wants him dead. Luckily, Au is saved by Law. Law let him stay in Siu-lan's place to recuperate. Law falls in love with Au and Uncle Ma is very happy. He tells them they are actually cousins. 15 years ago, Law's father refused to comply with Chiu's demand and got all his family killed. Before Law's father died, he wanted Uncle and Aunt Ma to look after Law. He also gave Uncle Ma a pair of Blue Blade Swords. Uncle Ma gave one sword to Law's uncle but her uncle soon died and left the sword to Au. After they have heard what Uncle Ma said, Au and Law together with Uncle and Aunt Ma go to Chiu's place and kill Chiu.
