傅穎（Theresa Fu），生於1984年9月22日，處女座，家有父母、一姊及一弟。2002年初出道組成女子歌唱組合Cookies，期後作個人演藝事業發展，現為歌手、演員、模特兒等多棲藝人。除了歌影事業，她同樣熱愛寫作和繪畫，自2006年香港書展起，推出《甜蜜蜜》、《T with Sunshine》、《Life is beautiful》等多本著作，更成為書展的十大暢銷書，成績驕人。
她自言是一個不善於用言語表達自己的人，文字從來都是她的好伙伴，所以要心連心的了解Theresa的情感與小秘密，唯獨書中能夠找得到。
