t Vol. 3 - Yoon Mi Rae

Yoon Mi Rae, known as Natasha Shanta to some and t to Korean hip hop fans, is back. The 25-year-old Texas-born R&B and hip hop chanteuse is releasing her first album in over four years. Her new release features 11 songs including the principal number "Forgotten" (Track 3). Fans can also look forward to Black Diamond, which features rap passages by Drunken Tiger's Tiger JK, and the rhythm-instilled What's Up! Mr. Good Stuff, which t helped compose. The number highlights the singer's growth in vocal skills. Fans should also prick up their ears for the melodious ballad "Time and Tears Flow By" (Track 7) which features narration by t's father, Thomas J. Reid. Her sonorous voice also lifts up Honeymoon and the touching "Black Happiness" (Track 9), which is her perhaps the singer's most personal song to date. All in all, t's third album, which also saw her taking care of the album production, should please Korean music lovers.
