The Terminator was a low -budget movie.Nobody thought it was going to be a huge hit back then and now.When I first saw it (during vhs tape days) i thought it was very violent,scary,sometimes sadistic, yet a solid action picture.When I saw it again on dvd the experience was different.The whole feel of the film was somehow toned down and it was not the same experience when I used to watch it on vhs tape.But the dvd version is still ok. The best thing about it is that it has a very good documentary on how the film was made plus deleted scenes lots of still galaries and much more. |
