Five years after blockbuster drama Winter Sonata, Bae Yong Joon returned in 2007 in the epic historical fantasy The Legend (a.k.a. Taio Shijinki). The Korean Wave star portrays one of the most famous figures in Korean history, the Great King Gwanggaeto of the Goguryeo kingdom. Gwanggaeto's reign marked a high point in Korean dynastic history, and the drama follows his rise to power, military conquests, and romantic encounters. Bae's return to the small screen was a highly anticipated event in not only Korea, but throughout Asia, especially Japan, where his popularity has earned him the venerable nickname of Yon-sama

Bae Yong Joon and his co-stars Moon So Ri, Philip Lee, and Lee Ji Ah flew especially to Japan for a premium fan event held at Osaka Dome on June 1, 2008. This DVD release records the event as well as multi-angle and behind-the-scenes footage.
