Teresa Teng's charisma and songs captured the hearts of music lovers in all Chinese-speaking regions, and Hong Kong was no different. In 1976, Teresa held her first major concert in Hong Kong at the famed Lee Theater, during which she treated her audience to a string of classic numbers in Chinese, Japanese, and English, backed by a 26-piece band from Japan. Teresa's popularity soared, and in 1982, TVB produced a television special for her, in which she appeared in a variety of rarely seen images (like that of a nurse and a policewoman!), as well as performed songs in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English. This karaoke-enabled 2-DVD set puts both precious recordings in one place for a total running time of about 4 hours. Included are 2 photo booklets with lyrics totaling 48 pages.
